The Company has appointed an independent Tax Consultant to provide taxation advisory and compliance services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan. The consultant assists the Company in fulfilling its statutory tax obligations while advising management on developments in the tax and regulatory landscape.

Scope of Services
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Preparation and filing of Sales Tax Returns and other applicable statutory filings.
- Advisory on the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and other relevant tax laws.
- Assistance during tax assessments, audits, and regulatory proceedings.
- Representation before the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), where applicable.
- Monitoring amendments in tax legislation and advising management on their implications.
- Supporting tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
